Relux Shop Customer Review

I ordered 2 items from this shop, spending over £50. No order confirmation was received. Only 1 item has been received, and no invoice provided. It was the wrong size and extremely poor quality. I contacted the shop via their website and also direct message. No reply until I commented on their posts on Instagram. They then refused to provide any details of their refund process, and subsequently told me they would not provide me with a refund or any customer service to teach me a lesson due to my attitude!! I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the money back.
